    There are some inconsistencies.
    The information that you posted in #10 displays X555LA Laptop
    However the zip that you posted displays System Model X555DG
    ASUSTeK Computer Inc. -Support- Driver & Tools - X555DG

    Please explain the inconsitencies.

    i didnt post any zip? the original poster of this thread had a zip with 20 dumpfiles , i was searching for a answer and saw this thread with alot of smiliar thing to my problem and posten my dump (only 1 .dmp file) in a .RAR fil , may that be the case ? if not then it is something weird , i can send a picture of my computer with the label "X555LA" if needed

    It can be confusing to work on multiple computers in one thread. One of the computers has AMD and the other does not. My commends were to cubicleclown who had posted the zip. Then Kyoritzu had added a RAR file. That file was never viewed. We had no zip on your computer. There was chat back and forth with Kyoritzu. There is a chance that someone can misinterpret comments. The comments in the thread were related to the zip posted by cubicleclown. Let's close this thread for all parties and have each of you start a new thread or have cubicleclown continue on this thread since cubicleclown is the OP and posted the zip.
