He also wanted me to show you this image as well.

He also asked me to ask you a question, would you like to hear it? It is hard for me to play messenger. Would you want to maybe talk to him on Discord (if you have that), or would you like me to ask him to make a forum account? Whichever is easier for you.

This is a link for the F keys for computer manufacturer's: List of PC brands with their corresponding hot-keys
For most computers repetitively click a F key provides an option to choose the boot device.
For custom computers the bios needs to be set so that the USB drive is on top.

to the above post, i use f12. The issue isny that right now, its why every repair option gives me a choice between 2 operating systems, and what i can do.

On the images in post #10
    1) what happened when you clicked on system restore then windows 10?
    2) what happened when you clicked on system restore then windows home?
Did either one have a valid restore point that predates the computer problems?
    3) what happened with startup repair?
    4) what happened with command prompt?

1 and 2: rejected as there are no restore points.

    3. both OS were rejected, said it couldnt repair. This is likely because i tried a full wipe reinstall, and it got interupted by the original reboot loop when it needed restarts, but idunno

    4. command prompt loads fine, technos helped rebuild.my bcd with it

    1) are your files backed up?
    2) had you made an image of the drive?
    3) if necessary are you able to perform a clean install which deletes the partitions, formats the drive, makes an unallocated drive, and installs a new copy of windows 10 version 1703?

    2. No..i tried images and both said they couldnt find any, both OS's i mean.
3.i can do a clean install that allows me to see these partitions, but I dunno exactly what to do there

There are two versions of windows on the drive so you apparently were dual booting?
A registry repair can be attempted now if you have important files to possibly save.
Otherwise we can go straight to a clean install.
A clean install will remove all of the partitions.
There will be one operating system.
The concern is the status of the drive.
Could the drive be failing? Is that what could possibly explain the current problems?
So as soon as we complete the clean install you will test the drive.

well technos and I ran a crystal img test, and another test that showed absolutely zero issues with my hard drive. I forget the name, but it has that huge block chart that fills green or red, and it was all green.

So...as im new to this, can you explain what I need to do, for the good clean install?

The two tests we did were a bad sector test (the one with the green squares) in HDTune as well as a benchmark for the drive, it was a little slow but otherwise it has no bad sectors and couldn't be better for its age according to HDTune. The other test was just smart data reports from CrystalDiskInfo.
