    When were the tests performed?
How did you perform them without a functioning operating system?

    For the clean install:
    all files will be removed
    all applications will be removed
    all partitions will be deleted
    the drive will be formatted
the drive will become an unallocated drive
a new version of windows 10 version 1703 will be installed using the bootable windows 10 iso
Windows will need to be updated
Drivers will need to be installed
Applications will need to be installed

For windows there were 2 versions.
Did you have a valid license for each?
Which one was the initial installation?
Were they upgraded from 7 or 8.1 or did one come with the computer?

    1) Insert the new bootable windows 10 iso into any USB port
    2) power on the computer repetitively clicking the applicable F key to boot to a device
    3) it may take approximately 5 minutes for the windows icon to load
    4) the first menu should be to select language, time, currency, and keyboard
    5) the next menu should display install in the center and repair your computer in the left lower corner.
Report into the thread when you have made it to step 5

If you created a bootable windows 10 iso using a windows 10 PC in July then it should be version 1703.
Please comment on the licensing so that we don't run into any unexpected problems.

Did the computer come with windows 7, 8.1 or 10?
Was the computer upgraded during the free period?
There were two versions of windows.
    Are there two active licenses?

There are two version on the drive.
Not having a license can trip up the process of clean install.
Having upgraded during the free period you should have a valid digital license.
If there is any question of a valid digital license you may get stuck.
It could require you enter the product code.
So it is important that there is a valid license

well when I did an install..it does ask me to activate a product key.

but it says If im reinstalling Itll activate automatically...

Also I just checked, the version you get for free is home, so I wanna focus on that version, right?
