BSOD,code OXC000021a

Following a restore operation BSOD with code OXC000021a. Then black screen, all function keys inoperable Can't get to any Bios settings or recovery methods.Have switched all video elements- no change.

Thinking about cloning a new hard drive using a working windows 10 machine to eliminate the original hard drive and also bypassing the function keys.as a way to achieve a boot. Comments? Ideas?

If you have a DVD drive I would suggest you try to boot from a recovery or repair disk that you can create on another PC.
