Stop 0x133's are usually difficult to debug without a kernel memory dump, however, it appears that your wireless network driver or a program which interacts with this driver may be causing problems.

    Code:
    0: kd> lmvm rtwlane
    Browse full module list
    start end module name
    fffff801`f08f0000 fffff801`f0f98000 rtwlane T (no symbols)
        Loaded symbol image file: rtwlane.sys
        Image path: \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\rtwlane.sys
        Image name: rtwlane.sys
Browse all global symbols functions data

Have you checked for any recent updates for the above driver? The download page can be found here - Realtek

I've noticed that you have avast! and McAfee installed? I assume that McAfee is some trail version? I remove the program with the appropriate removal tool - Uninstallers (removal tools) for common Windows antivirus softwareESET Knowledgebase

Do they [McAfee and avast!] have any network filtering components?

    didn't work

so both drivers were incompatible with my device,

and the i have had both antiviruses since i bought the laptop, Mcafee ran out of date far long before i started having this issue. which BTW only happens when i´m watching youtube.

According to the information provided within the MSINFO32 file, the driver should be compatible with your device? Have you checked HP's website for any WLAN drivers?

    Code:
    Realtek RTL8723BE 802.11 bgn Wi-Fi Adapter
Have you attempted to boot into Safe Mode with Networking, and seeing if the issue occurs there?

Thanks, please note that the following user also appears to be experiencing the same issue as you - BSOD (Watchdog Violation) when watching youtube videos - Windows 10 Forums
