Okay, I'll catch up with you at a later time after the chkdsk and SMART test results.
The prior malware and the failed windows enterprise troubleshooting can be addressed later.
    Alright , thx =)

Ok imma give u one quick update , i thought after reboot lets just scan with the normal scandisk again and this time it says found no problems and no further action is required.
(still continue with the advanced tests? Or start with the SMART scans?)

The chkdsk /scan and spotfix are not as comprehensive as the chkdsk /r so it should be run.

Make sure that there is no over clocking while troubleshooting.

Sometimes there are problems in the bios that produce bsod.

The bios in your computer: BIOS Version/Date American Megatrends Inc. 2603, 26-6-2015

Please check to see if this is the most up to date version.

To ensure that there are no improper bios settings please reset the bios.

Sometimes there can be failure to boot after resetting the bios.

So please make sure your files are backed up.

Please make a backup image with Macrium:

And please create a restore point.

I no longer receive any dump files and i tested my ram, was fine put my old GPU in and then the problem was solved....

All i can try now is reinstall windows with the RX 580 in it and see if its fixed then or else RMA it... because all points towards an issue with the GPU
