We are aware that you performed a reset, but you choose to reset and keeping personal files. The malware scans show that there were / may still be cracks in personal folders.
No, Ive done another reset that doesnt include my personal files. Wiped completely with a new install of Windows on C drive.

However, I still recommend to visit the AV forum. We do not know if something nasty came to your system that cannot be removed by wiping a drive.
