BSOD with multiple errors, random freezing and crashing

I've been having (and ignoring) these issues for a while, but they've started occurring more often lately and it's becoming a nuisance. The PC seems to crash randomly. If it crashes once, it's almost guaranteed it will crash again once or twice within the first few minutes after booting up. Once I make it through there, it's usually smooth sailing for a long time, might be hours, might even be days. It's probably a hardware error, because once it's even frozen in the BIOS, and a few times before even booting into Windows.

Also, on an unrelated note, sometime the BIOS will "forget" the boot priority and try to boot from an HDD that contains no OS. I have to go change it back to the correct one manually and if I shut the PC down and boot it up later, chances are it will have forgotten again. Motherboard problem maybe?

I'm attaching the DM collector file with multiple dmp files included. Also, sfc /scannow and chkdsk have returned no errors.

Thanks in advance for any help

    Hi Akkuron,

    Welcome to the BSOD forum.

There were 9 bsod debugged and this indicated 2 misbehaving drivers:
    1) Nvidia drivers
    2) Realtek drivers
The specific information is listed below.

Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:
    1) sfc /scannow
    2) dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
    3) chkdsk /scan
    4) When these have completed > right click on the top bar or title bar of the administrative command prompt box > left click on edit then select all > right click on the top bar again > left click on copy > paste into the thread
    6) Uninstall all Nvidia drivers/softwareThe best way to do this is to uninstall everything of Nvidia using Display Driver Uninstaller and install new drivers from the NVidia website. When you do this be sure the "clean install" box is checked and only install the Graphics driver and the PhysX driver.Display Driver Uninstaller Download version 17.0.6.7: Official Display Driver Uninstaller DDU Download
    7) Using device manager update: Realtek NICDRV 8169 PCIe GBE Family Controller driver: rt640x64.sys
    8) winamp was a frequently faulting application and as preventative maintenance consider reinstalling it.
    9) Cinch audio recorder was displayed multiple times as a problem signature and as preventative maintenance consider reinstalling it.
    10) Make sure that there is no over clocking while troubleshooting.
Sometimes there are problems in the bios that produce bsod.
The bios in your computer: BIOS Version/Date American Megatrends Inc. P3.10, 06/12/2011
Please check to see if this is the most up to date version.
To ensure that there are no improper bios settings please reset the bios.
Sometimes there can be failure to boot after resetting the bios.
So please make sure your files are backed up.
Please make a backup image with Macrium:

edit: Also cleaned and reinstalled the geforce driver. The realtek driver has been updated. Winamp and Cinch are probably unrelated, cause the problem has occured many times without them, I've only been using them these last few days. I got rid of them anyway. The BIOS is up to date and has been for ages, asrock hasn't released anything new in years. No overclocking.

I'll run memtest overnight before resorting to resetting the BIOS and report back.

Think I've done everything except resetting the BIOS. I'm gonna keep using the PC for a bit and see if any new crashes occur.

    Check ALL disks:

    Diagnostic Test

     HDD TESTS

Run HDTune to check health and scan for errors.

    Note   Note
It may take some time, but look for signs of any errors or failure.

You can also run a disk or health check using CrystalDiskInfo or chkdsk. Refer to the tutorial for details of how to do this.

Take Screenshots of it and post it here.
