Yep that worked (updating ethernet driver which is the killer E2400 driver), thanks for the help.... nice job.... i didnt realize i was so far behind in updates. I will keep a better handle on that going foward. Thanks again...
Update from over here (Europe). Reinstalling 2400E ethernet driver did the job. I did have the latest version but re-installing it helped. Yeehaw! Thanks a bunch, guys.

Open administrative command prompt and type and paste:
1) sfc /scannow
2) dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
3) chkdsk /scan
When these have completed > right click on the top bar or title bar of the administrative command prompt box > left click on edit then select all > right click on the top bar again > left click on copy > paste into the thread
4) turn off windows fast startup:

5) There are nearly 29,000 entries in the event log and a large number of them are event ID #51.
Sometimes these can be hardware problems other times they are just notations in the event log.
It may be useful to obtain baseline tests on your drives:

I rejoiced too early. Reinstalling the network adapter driver did solve the IRQL unexpected value error when trying to log in to Paypal. However, I have had Bad Pool Caller Errors since then. Whenever I open Firefox. Uninstalled Firefox, re-installed. Error came back a few times, but now system stable for more than an hour. Any ideas anyone?
