The processor driver is an exception, an exception as in you never need to focus on it.

Reran driver verifier using custom settings, all but randomized and DDI. And selected all non-Microsoft drivers. BSOD after restart while windows was still loading.

The windows driver verifier misbehaving driver is: ndisrfl.sys
Using the Asus website please update: Intel(R) Technology Ac: ndisrfl.sys
The Asus approved drivers are preferred for updates.
In case you cannot find a suitable driver use:
    Drivers & Software
    Intel® Driver Update Utility

Well I first tried to use the Intel Drive Update Utility, and it didn't even find any Intel drivers installed on my computer. Than I decided to go to the Intel website and search for the driver, and could only find a unsupported driver that doesn't even have any download links.
After some googling about the driver, a bunch of sites refer back to the Intel website that at one point had that driver listed as something to do with 2 in 1 laptops.
So I jumped over to the program, Installed Driver List , and found the driver in the list. And that program lists the driver as a network driver, which I did conform given that if you move the driver from system32 while in safe mode, he internet connection stops working. So I replaced the driver back into its previous location.
Since it is a network driver, I than installed the latest LAN drivers from the Asus website for my motherboard. And reran Verifier, and got another bsod before windows could load.

Slimdriver was a driver program I installed when I was trying to fix the first issue with dxgmms2.sys and never uninstalled.
Uninstalled OpenVPN and Slimdriver now, and reran verifier. Once more got a bsod before windows loaded.

If any drivers have been installed with Slimdriver, uninstall them as a next step.

Would love to, but by this point I don't remember what it was that the tool did.

Edit, found the log file with info on what it installed. Standard SATA AHCI Controller

Look in the downloads folder so you can see what was or was not installed.
Uninstall all of the drivers and install whatever is available on the Asus website.
