    Multiple BSOD's

At the start of this month i've been getting a few bsod's while doing some casual things, the last one happened while i was shutting down, i'm struggling to find what is causing this but i'm pretty sure that this is driver related, i've sent to the technician a few days ago for hardware testing (ram, gpu, cpu, hdd, ssd) and they said that everything is fine.

    Hi Shirubidu.

    Welcome to the BSOD forum.

Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:

    1) winver (in the pop up about windows > view your windows version and build > type this information into the thread)

    2) sfc /scannow

    3) dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

    4) chkdsk /scan

When these have completed > right click on the top bar or title bar of the administrative command prompt box > left click on edit then select all > right click on the top bar again > left click on copy > paste into the thread

    5) Using device manager expand mice and other pointing devices > identify Razur Rzudd engine driver > right click uninstall
    reinstall: Razer Support

Got a new bsod, the file is attached below.

Edit: actually my Nvidia Experience updated today, but didn't updated the graphics driver yet, could that cause the issue?

The logs are in a foreign language. Please change the default language to English so that the logs can be troubleshooted.

Run memtest86+ version 5.01 for at least 8 passes.
This may take hours so plan to run it overnight.

Memtest86+ - Advanced Memory Diagnostic Tool

    Memory problems. - Microsoft Community

When Memtest86+ has completed 8 or more passes make an image of the results to post into the thread.
MemTest86+ - Test RAM Windows 10 BSOD Tutorials

We're looking for zero errors here. Even a single error will indicate RAM failure.

Make a photo of the result and post it.

    Addition:
If errors show up you can stop the test, remove all sticks but 1 and test this single stick in each slot for 8 passes or until errors show, switch sticks and repeat.
If errors show up and you see them a lot later, no problem, the errors don't affect the test.

Sending the logs in english in the attachment below.

The thing is: i've been having this problem for quite some time and i already did memtest runs to see if there's any problem, all the tests had 8 passes (testing all the 16GB | aproximately: 12+ hours each test) and the last one was 1 month ago as well with a full Operative System repair.
This last bsod happened when i clicked the shutdown button, i don't know if this is relevant or not.
Do i really need to do this test again?

The debugging is indicating possible memory problem. The memtest86+ will be useful as problems happen over time and it will be helpful to have a fresh test/image in the thread to confirm that we have ruled in / ruled out memory problems.
Please make sure that you only use the Memtest86+ software:
Memtest86+ - Advanced Memory Diagnostic Tool
When Memtest86+ has completed 8 or more passes use a camera to take a picture and post the image into the thread.

    Code:
    BugCheck 3B, {c0000005, fffff803a400268c, ffff808081ceed70, 0}

    Probably caused by : memory_corruption

If the image with 8 or more passes displays no errors the next step will be windows driver verifier. Please read these links so that you are up to date on how to use the software:

Sorry for the late reply zbook but i've ran into a couple of trouble since i was on my vacation
I told my brother to take a screenshot of the memtest but he forgot, but he said that there wasn't any red errors on the screen after the 8 passes
So after that i just skipped to the driver verifier, which gave me bsod with mbfilt64.sys that took me to the Realtek Audio Driver, so i just removed the driver and i'm keeping the Generic Windows 10 one, i've seen a lot of people complaining about the realtek driver.
And today i got another bsod: KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED (ndu.sys)

These bsod's are so frustrating, sorry to bother with all of this
