Can't I download the drivers 1st - uninstall the Intel drivers in the device manager; install the downloaded drivers and eliminate the need to link to the internet with the Ethernet cable?

That is another option if you do not have the ethernet or cat5e cable handy.
Keeping wifi on may allow windows to install updates.
There is an option to turn this feature off:

Keyboard: win + r keys simultaneously > type or copy and paste: sysdm.cpl > click advanced tab > under startup and recover click settings > under system failure uncheck automatically restart

The system settings need to be modified to not automatically restart so that you have ample time to view the bsod window. Follow the settings in this link: BSOD Finding and fixing them - Microsoft Community

    Download and install Whocrashed:
Once it has installed view the top left. There is a tab for analyze and there is a tab for tools.
Click analyze. Post the results into the thread.
Click tools > crash dump test > type ACCEPT
View Whocrashed again to make sure it was able to process the crash dump test.
Report the results into the thread.

Confirm that you have run the Mcafee uninstall tool.
Post the results of the Dism restorehealth command.
Please post a new zip when you have a bsod: BSOD - Posting Instructions - Windows 10 Forums

The zip file that you loaded today has the same dmp files as yesterday. There were no new dumps.
The whocrashed is displaying 7/9 and 7/8 so that is confusing. How did Whocrashed do that? Is the date/timer somehow different.
You have already uninstalled and reinstalled: netwlv64.sys
We may need to roll it back.
Or we may need to turn off automatic windows updates.
For now let's see what happens during the next day and then make a decision.
Send a new zip whenever there are bsod.

Post the steps that you had made in uninstalling and reinstalling the driver.
