At this juncture turn off automatic windows updates for the drivers:

If you can please connect the computer to ethernet or cat5e.
Then use device manager to uninstall the driver
Then open file explorer and search for netwlv64.sys
Then uninstall any residual or remaining driver.
Then download and install the new driver.

If there is another bsod then plan to roll back the driver.

Only have sporadic access to Ethernet; require 16 hour continuous. Got a USB WI-FI Adapter, downloaded its driver, uninstalled old driver [maybe should have disabled], installed new driver & plugged it in. No problems last 36+ hours. Looks like problem solved. Thanx for all the help. I learned a lot. Thumbs up.
