I ran the WhoCrashed bit after checking the settings in Step 7, I did change to what the previous post mentioned (photo is what it was before), but I didn't see anything about running a test BSOD dump. How would I do that exactly?

The sea tools is not able to run on the ssd.
You will need to run only one of the other three.
See if Crystal disk or HD tune will produce images and data of your drive.
For whocrashed view the menu where it displays tools.
In the tools menu is an option for the test.
Hmm... my Sea Tools doesn't have that in mine.
Ok, so are step 5 and 6 really the same and that one should give the info then?
I see you said that Sea Tools will not analyze my SSD with a SMART test. It appears that HD Tune Pro doesn't run a SMART Test either.
For the Crystal Disc one, does the standard version do a SMART test or is it one of the other 5 or so versions?
hd tune should be able to perform a smart study on your ssd:
HD Tune Pro is a hard disk / SSD utility with many functions

It is unclear to me why you cannot have it test the drive yet
I don't either. The only tabs that do anything at all on that software are read/write speed info.
The other tabs have things, but they are similar tests. The place that has the "SMART test" won't allow itself to be selected (or any of those for that matter in that menu tab) and there isn't a "run" on that page if I could get them selected unfortunately.
This is what I got from the "Crash Dump Test"
Whocrashed has confirmed that you are set up to save the mini dump files.
See if you can use HD sentinel free edition in extensive mode.
Crystal also lists no drive or ability to scan anything.
