HD Sentinel appears to do nothing as well... only does read/write speed tests.

Please update the section on your computer so that it has detailed information on your drive (SSD, HD) etc
It is unclear why all of the drive testing software programs are malfunctioning on your drive.

In the bios what UEFI diagnostics are available?

Are you using either hardware or software RAID?

HD Sentinel displays only one unsupported drive: Compatible solid state disk (SSD) models
Hard Disk Sentinel Frequently Asked Questions
No Performance information displayed. What is wrong?

If the performance information is missing for ALL disks, then disk performance monitoring is globally disabled. Please click Start -> Run -> CMD.EXE (to open a console window) and type diskperf -y (ENTER). You may need to restart the computer to let Windows create the performance counter objects on startup.

Download and Install Macrium to create an image of your drive.
Macrium Software | Macrium Reflect Free
    Create a fresh restore point.

Open disk management > expand each column so that the information in each row is in full view > make an image and post into the thread.

No, I'm not running a hardware or software RAID.

I put in the "diskperf -y" into the CMD page and got

Here is the Disk Managament view below.

I will look at the software and download it then.

Under the Bios I didn't see a "diagnostic" or something similar inside the folders listed.

Figured it would be under System Config, Performance, or Maintenance, but none listed any diagnostics.

At this time this is the information that is available ....please make any corrections:
    1) after the bsod(s) there were no minidump files on the zip log
    2) the who crashed test confirms that you are now setup to save bsod mini dump files.
    3) there was corruption on the drive.
    4) drive smart tests are needed and we have not yet figured out why HD tune, crystal disk, and HD sentinel all incapable of testing your drive in the current computer environment.
    5) the dell bios has no diagnostic studies to run
    6) the operating system is up to date and the tests display no integrity violations
    7) you have made a back up image with Macrium
    8) you have made a brand new restore point

Please confirm that you have a SSD. Is it the the original drive on the computer?
Approximately how old is the drive?
    There are 2 recovery partitions.
How come the second one is nearly 12 GB?
If there are any new bsod please post a new zip: BSOD - Posting Instructions - Windows 10 Forums
