Kernal Power 41 Event 63 Please Help

I have only had this pc for about 2 months.
And yes I would like to but I am not sure how to.

I built my PC brand new about 2 months ago, and yes I would like to upgrade to 1703 but not sure how.
I have reset the bios in the past but I will attempt that again.
Also, where would I find a BIOS update or find if my BIOS are up to date?

The windows upgrade can be done with a windows 10 iso: Download Windows 10
Once the windows upgrade is completed keeping the bootable windows 10 iso is often useful to fix operating system corruption on any windows 10 computer.

Let's do the troubleshooting steps first and the upgrade later.
So now complete the drive tests, HD tune and chkdsk.
Send the memory.dmp
Next test the memory.
If there are any bsod please update or post a new zip file: BSOD - Posting Instructions - Windows 10 Forums

Additionally, here are the results from the "Random Access" test, which I assume is what you meant by testing the memory. Correct me if I am wrong.

I truly appreciate your patience and your help greatly. A lot of these tests aren't quick as you probably know and I will be doing the chkdsk soon.

UPDATE: I have found the driver causing the issue but not sure what to do next. Here is a screen from the event viewer.

The event that you posted is 7/25/2017.
The zip that you posted was only up to 7/6/2017
That indicates corruption with the Nvidia video driver.
Can you post an updated zip?

1) Uninstall all Nvidia drivers/software
2) The best way to do this is to uninstall everything of Nvidia using Display Driver Uninstaller and install new drivers from your Graphics card manufacturer or from the NVidia website.

3) When you do this be sure the "clean install" box is checked and only install the Graphics driver and the PhysX driver.
