The bsod misbehaving driver was Nvidia graphics driver nvlddmkm.sys.
This is the second recurrence after the clean install.
Windows error reporting displayed problems with Nvidia graphics as a faulting application beginning 7/30/2017.
The faulting application has remained constant and the faulting module has varied.
nvxdsyncplugin.dll_unloaded, ntdll.dll, NvXDCore.dll_unloaded,
The Nvidia graphics driver was last reinstalled on 8/7/2017.
At this time please reinstall the driver using DDU and the clean install method while we see if there are other options.

In the left column "my computer" section please line by line, completely fill in the computer specs so that there is information on everything in use including MB, PSU, cooler, case, and peripherals (keyboard, mouse, etc.).

When was the computer last cleaned of dust?
Download and install one of these temperature monitoring applications:
Speecy, HW monitor, Speed fan:

SpeedFan - Access temperature sensor in your computer: SpeedFan - Access temperature sensor in your computer
Post information on temperatures of CPU and GPU when the system is in use.
Check the PSU voltages: what are each 3.3v, 5v and 12v values?
With the recurrent Nvidia misbehaving driver both before and after clean install the computer should be returned to clean install with a "vanilla installation". Windows can be updated and it can be permitted to install non-Microsoft drivers. Don't manually install any drivers or applications for the next two weeks while the system is monitored and checked so that there are no confounding factors.

Here is something interesting: If code 40 is showing on the mobo (rather than 24 or A0), and I have Chrome/iTunes open, and they suddenly crash, I have a few seconds before the computer BSOD's. Reboot immediately, and get either a 24 or A0 code, and it is stable. Gigabyte shows nothing for bios code 40 that I can find. AX370 Gaming K7 motherboard. Yep, showing BIOS code 40 is 100% sure to give a BSOD. A0 seems good and stable. I cannot find anything on what BIOS code 40 is or what it does. A reboot seems to fix the issue, and makes the system go to an A0 code. That seems to be the problem, so maybe I have a bad motherboard or BIOS? Rock stable with A0 code.
The event log viewer gives the following errors: The serverwithin the required timeout.{A463FCB9-6B1C-4E0D-A80B-A2CA7999E25D}did not register with DCOM

Did you hear any beeps?
Can you repeat and see the same result? Was it reproducible? If so did you hear any beeps?
Can you post an image of the error report and code?
If you can please use a camera or smart phone camera to post images as needed.
And please post an updated zip: BSOD - Posting Instructions - Windows 10 Forums
See if you can check the PSU voltages as per the earlier post.
Are these happening in the "vanilla installation"? If not please make sure you are in the vanilla installation to improve the troubleshooting.
