So far so good. No errors on passes one and two. Due to Trusted Installer, I cannot delete the xbox controller files.
The permissions can be changed to delete the drivers. Le't see if these steps work:
From these xbox links it appears that the drivers will be automatically installed. To troubleshoot the drivers they have a link to update the drivers.

Set up a wired controller on Windows 10
Follow these steps to install your Xbox 360 wired controller on Windows 10:
- Plug the Xbox 360 controller into any USB 2.0 or 3.0 port on the computer.
- Windows 10 will automatically install drivers for your controller, so you won't have to download or install software other than Windows 10 updates. Once you see the pop-up notification that the drivers have been installed, you can use your controller.
- Open a game or the Xbox app and test your controller by pressing a button, pulling a trigger, or moving a stick on the controller.

Update your controller’s device drivers
You can download the latest drivers for the Xbox 360 Controller for Windows from the Microsoft Hardware website.
You should also download and install any critical or important updates to Windows by running Windows Update.
Let's make sure that there are at least 8 or more passes (the more the better) for the memory testing. That way we can rule in /rule out the RAM / DIMM. When it has completed please make an image and post into the thread.
Ok will do, it is about to finish pass two....
I tried to screenshot it, but was unable to do so. 8 passes and no errors found. I tried to unlock dc1-controller.sys, and Windows will not allow me to unlock it. I tried everything I possibly could do to unlock it so it could be deleted. The system did not crash during Memtest86+, which was good. It took forever to run though.
Played some Civilization V, YouTube, surfed the net, and so far, so good. I am starting to get worried that it is going too well....
Nice.
Do you have all of your files backed up?
Have you made an image of your drive using Macrium?
Have you created a restore point?

Download and install the latest version of the HP UEFI diagnostics:
HP PC Hardware Diagnostics | HP® Official Site
Power on the computer clicking repetitively the F2 or the F10 key.
Navigate to the UEFI diagnostics.
Run extensive or loop until failure testing. Plan to run this overnight as it may take 4 to 6 hours depending on the RAM and the size of the disk.
If there is a failure it will stop automatically and display an error code.
If you use loop until failure you will click the escape key.
View the UEFI log to confirm the pass results.
Reboot.
