    BSOD Driver_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL L1C63x64.sys

    Hello

So for the past couple of months I've been using my work phone to tether for my internet and no problems. I have to give it back soon so I'm back to using Comcast (shudder) which means I'm back to using my ethernet which is when all this started happening. I've updated my router and all possible drivers using Driver Easy (except my Radeon card which doesn't seem to want to install the latest optional 17.6.2 drivers for some reason; it actually crashes when attempting to do so now) so I believe everything is up to date. I know there is wealth of information online about this particular issue but I don't have Bullguard, I've uninstalled Juniper, and I'm getting them frequently while idling and while actively using the computer; it actually crashed while attempting to type this post.

I've used DDU to do a clean install of the last working Radeon driver that I had no issue with (17.4.4) and I've reinstalled Windows 10 keeping my personal files and apps and feel the next step is to do a clean install but wanted to check to see if there is something little that I am missing. I used an ethernet cable last year with FiOS and had no (frequent) issue so I think it's just some program conflict. I did recently update to latest version of Windows when making a USB boot image for a friend. Also I'm using Windscribe VPN which didn't present an issue while tethering but maybe now there is a conflict with the ethernet? Also recently downloaded Free Download Manager but at this point I'd rather not blindly guess; any help would be appreciated!

Please use the DM log collector for posting mini.dmp and log files: BSOD - Posting Instructions - Windows 10 Forums

If you can make the default language English before creating the logs we can the troubleshoot them using English search terms.

Hmm I did use the zip file the DM diag created and the files look to be in English to me but I'll give it another go

I ran it again and unzipped them and everything appears to be in English again... I attached the new zip file to this post

Rule 4No piracy or discussion of piracy allowed at all. Such as software, music, videos and other intellectual property violations (e.g. downloading youtube videos locally etc) - it is forum policy that no help shall be given to people who knowingly steal software or services. One of the main reasons for this is that the act of pirating the software will inevitably change the working of the software and make investigation and repair impossible. Please install a legitimate copy of the software and if you are still experiencing the issue we will be please to assist - No further assistance will be provided until we are satisfied that the software is genuine.
