Booting problem turned in to BSOD problem

As I tried it twice, I once deleted it and made a new one. The second time I used another name " backup-1"

I noticed that I got two windows Boot managers in the bios booting manager dialogue in the beginning and each one got different error message
The first one gets error message code 0xc0000001
It has got F8 start up settings but with no use
While the second one gets file:\windows\system32\winload.efi
Error code :0xc000000e
There are two EFI folders in C:\ and E:\
In the E:\ there EFI and Temp folders. EFI got Microsoft and Boot. Inside Microsoft there are Boot and Recovery directories. Now I checked the contents of the directories. I noticed some files modification date is 18 March 2017 while the rest earlier July when I was trying to fix the booting problem.
Moving.
The second EFI folder in C: \ got also Boot and Microsoft
Boot folder in C is copycat like E with the same files and dates
Unlike the Microsoft directory which got also Booting and Recovery. The modification date of those two folders in C was 28 June and 1 July. The first date was when the system worked and I managed to boot while the second one was when I could not boot
The boot directory is another copycat of the E boot dir with the same modification date.
The recovery bcd file dates 1 July unlike in the E which dates 28 June.
Now when I checked the BCDedit
Both windows Boot manager and windows boot loader are directed to the C

I have not used bootsect command yet

I reinstalled windows 10 on my laptop. Surprisingly it did not erase or delete the old files as I thought. I thought I would have a clean install I need that space
The old windows is now windows.old the e, f, d drives are appearing they used to hidden in the past.
now I found out that I am stuck with the Legacy booting system as when I turned UEFA back on, I found the two ugly old windows Boot manager giving me the bsod.
I am tired for real
I do not have the sleep option
I do not know what to do : do I reinstall windows again

For clean install you will
1) delete partitions
2) format the drive
3) 1 and 2 make the drive an unallocated drive
4) install the windows version on the bootable windows iso

An alternative method is to use diskpart to clean the drive and make it an unallocated drive.

Okay one more question and I will disappear , got a long night of drivers and apps download
I made a clean install , it worked as it should.
Now I tried to change the UEFI booting setting and one time I chose secure booting only to find a black error msg that it can't find bootable drive. I returned back to secure booting off and I logged in normally.
Also I still got no sleep option. I think this will be solved after dowloading dell's drivers

The zip file has not been updated.
See if you can post a new one.
If you are not in uefi bios you may prefer it over legacy.
It adds a layer of security and has a tiny improvement in boot time.
You would need to start at clean install and that is where you are now.

how can I do that ?
Do I need another clean install ? I prefer UEFI already and currently I chose UEFI but with secure booting disabled.
