    PC Randomly Freezing

    Hello, Toar4ever here.

I've posted on this forum before (a year ago or so?), when I seemed to be having a freeze/BSOD issue which at the time "we" fixed with updating the vBIOS of my GPU.

My PC worked for about a year since that fix and I thought it was happily fixed, until my PC started freezing once again since the last week. I'm not sure why it is happening since I'm not getting any BSOD errors, and I'm not really finding anything in the EventViewer (don't have much experience with that) so I was hoping if you guys could help me out a bit :P

    I've attached a dm_log_collector below:

There seems to be a problem with your disk device (ssd) or disk controller. How is your SSD connected to your mainboard?

There is also Deamon Tools installed. Its known for causing bluescreens. You should remove it for testing purposes.

    To check your disks:

    Diagnostic Test

     HDD TEST

Run HDTune to check health and scan for errors.

    Note   Note
It may take some time, but look for signs of any errors or failure.

You can also run a disk check using chkdsk. Refer to the tutorial for details of how to do this.

Hello BSODHunter, thanks for the response!

    Attachment 141308Attachment 141309Attachment 141310Attachment 141311

Did the HD Tune tests on my drives, my SSD does seem to have some damaged blocks that could be causing the issue... especially since it's my C: drive ...

Ordered a new SSD and will do a fresh Windows 10 install when that comes in, let's hope that'll fix it!

    Code:
Windows failed fast startup with error status 0xC0000001.
Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:

    1) winver (in the pop up about windows > view your windows version and build > type this information into the thread)

    2) sfc /scannow

    3) dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

    4) chkdsk /scan

When these have completed > right click on the top bar or title bar of the administrative command prompt box > left click on edit then select all > right click on the top bar again > left click on copy > paste into the thread

There were three bsod in the zip file.
The first one was from 05/19/2017 and that when debugged is WHEA 124
That often indicates a hardware problem.
It appears to be something connected to Intel pci express
Is that a TV tuner card, Graphics card?

The second one was from 05/27/2017 and that appears to be related to the Realtek driver.
    5) Please uninstall everything Realtek using device manager/control panel:
    Code:
IntcAzAudAdd Service for Realtek HD Service for Realtek HD Kernel Manual Stopped OK FALSE FALSE 1,571,328 1,036,288 0 3/29/2013 2:40:06 PM C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\RTKVHD64.sys 3,456
See the link above for the re-installation of the Realtek driver.

The third one was from 06/20/2017 and when debugged indicated memory.
In the logs you had been running windows memory testing.
It's unclear as to why that appears as a problem signature.
Did the windows memory diagnostics crash or black screen during the testing?
    6) Run memtest86+ version 5.01 for at least 8 runs. This may take hours so plan to run it overnight.
http://www.memtest.org/https://answe...c7b7ff6461When Memtest86+ has completed 8 or more runs open the Microsoft snipping tool and make an image of the results to post into the thread.

    7) Turn off Windows fast startup:
Turn On or Off Fast Startup in Windows 10 Windows 10 Performance Maintenance Tutorials

    8) Another faulting application was: StoreAgentScanForUpdatesFailure
Let's see the results of scannow and restorehealth.
Perform windows updates and report any failed KB# with error code.

Zbook I know you want just help, and your advices are good. But not every little single error you find is causing bluescreens. We are here to help the users to fix their bsod crashes, not to show them every faulty single bit we can find. Sometimes I think the way you do, how good I am, what I can find all stuff. But then I go back into myself and realize that I prefer the systematic analysis. This does not overhelming the user and you can calmly solve the problem step by step.

I appreciate the help though! I'm currently waiting on a new SSD that should be delivered any moment now and will do a fresh Windows 10 install when I've got it and I'll keep you guys posted if anything weird happens after that :P

Removed the old SSD, put the new one in, did a fresh install of Windows 10, and while installing all my programs I froze again (audio was hanging while crashing, no visible BSOD).

Do you use an analog telephone adapter (ATA): ProcessorMarvell_91xx_Config
This is only for information: Drivers for Marvel 91xx Config ATA Device... Solved - Windows 7 Help Forums
This driver needs to be updated. Or the application needs to be uninstalled.

This driver needs to be reinstalled: HDAUDIO\FUNC_01&VEN_10DE&DEV_0071&SUBSYS_14623160&REV_1001
This is only for information: nVidiaDEV_0012

I don't use an ATA device no, but it might be a function on the Motherboard or something :S I got the Sapphire PureBlack x58, do you suggest installing all the possible Windows 10 (maybe even 8 or 7?) from this page?

As for the nVidia HDAudio, I'll reinstall the drivers with that enabled, I usually don't install the 3D vision/HdAudio by nVidia, but if they cause issues when missing I don't mind installing :P
