BSOD playing overwatch or while not having all fans on max settings

    Hello,
I have been experiencing BSOD while playing overwatch and on any game when I do not have all my fans on maximum velocity settings.
I thought it was the CPU cooler doing a poor job so I bought a new noctua cooler in hopes of fixing the problem but it did not work.

I have updated the zip file to the new english file.

    Thank you for your help,
    Ronoark.

    Hi Ronark,
2 of the 3 bsod memory dumps indicate possible memory problems.
Run memtest86+ version 5.01 for at least 8 runs. This may take many hours so plan to run it overnight.
Memtest86+ - Advanced Memory Diagnostic Tool
The number of runs is important. It sometimes takes runs in the teens to find faulty RAM.

The logs are in a foreign language and I cannot read them. If you can create English logs we can read then and troubleshoot problems.

Hello, thank you so much for your fast reply.
I'm sorry I did not notice that it was in portuguese.
I have changed my windows 10 language to english and re-created the logs. I hope this fixed the language problem.
I will leave memtest running all night and get back to you with results tomorrow.

    Thank you,
    Ronoark.

    Ronoark,
The language change is better but incomplete: Repair option: A reinicializar o adaptador de rede sem fios
Isto irá desativar e, em seguida, ativar o adaptador de rede "Wi-Fi" neste computador.
Whatever you can post in English will be helpful to interpret the information.

In device manager view network, wifi, Bluetooth, etc. Look in properties then driver to find any Intel drivers. Uninstall the intel drivers and replace the drivers with up to date drivers from the computer manufacturer's web site or from Intel.

    Hello,
Memtest is still running currently at 6 and no errors so far.
The translation of that phrase is:
"Rebooting the wireless network adapter which will deactivate it and then activate the wifi adapter in this computer"
If you could tell me where to look I can translate it all if needed :)
I will uninstall all my intel drivers and reinstall them from intel's website as soon as memtest is done.
Do you think there is a chance that it might be faulty hardware or high temps making the blue screens happen?

Thank you so much for all your help,
    Ronoark

When Memtest86+ version 5.01 completes at least 8 runs please post an image into the forum.
When you uninstall the Intel drivers they will likely default to Microsoft drivers.
Then you will find the most up to date compatible drivers for your computers configuration and operating system.
Sometimes the new drivers have not been completely tested for each hardware component and in those cases going to an older version may be needed.

    Today there was another minidump:
    Code:
    BugCheck 124, {0, ffffa10a3f140028, be000000, 40110a}

***** Kernel symbols are WRONG. Please fix symbols to do analysis.

    Probably caused by : GenuineIntel
When memtest86+ is complete open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste these commands:

    1) sfc /scannow
    2) dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
    3) chkdsk /scan

Please post the results into the thread.

    4) Turn Windows fast startup off:
Turn On or Off Fast Startup in Windows 10 Windows 10 Performance Maintenance Tutorials

We may need to stress test the hardware.

Memtest86+ version 5.0.1 ran a total of 8 times (it showed pass:8), it ran for 14 hours and showed 0 errors. I did not take an image of it before pressing esc to exit the program because I did not see your message in time.

Here is the result of the scans you asked me to run:

    1) sfc /scannow
    Verification 100% complete.
Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations.

    2) dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

I have rebooted the computer and it said scanning and reparing drive C: 100% complete.

I have also turned off the windows fast startup (it was already off).

I'm having some trouble with the drivers. I could not find any intel drivers under network, wifi or bluetooth.
The only things that show intel as the device controller's manufactor are under system devices:
    - The chipset (around 7 different things referencing chipset)
    - Intel(R) management engine interface
    - Intel host controllers (around 4)
    - Intel(R) Xeon(R) Guassian Mixture Controller and PCIe Controller

I think that's all, should I uninstall those?

Thank you so much for all your help and time :)

open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste this command:
    chkdsk /x /f /r
The chkdsk command may take many hours to run so plan to run it overnight.

In the morning post the chkdsk report into the thread:
