Bugcheck... Error Event ID 1001. Anyone Could Help?

First of all i would like to detail my pc specs

Asus Commando Mobo like 9 years ago (Mobo Temp 49C)
iNtel Core 2 Quad Q6600 (Temp for all Core between 44C-51C) 2.40GHz (no OC)
4x2GB PC6400 DDR2 Kingston (in order to get full 8GB i need to set "BIOS Remap Feature")
HDD 320GB Maxtor with 74% Health shown from HDD Sentinel (2 partition 120GB and rest)
nVidia Geforce 210 with 512Ram (GPU Temp 51C-56C)

    Setting on BIOSI
turn off C1E and Intel Speedstep Technology

    Windows 10 Pro Build14393.351
No Antivirus else beside Windows Defender
    No Mallware Program
    No Daemon Tools
on power options setting for faster reboot i have it turn off already
VM system managed on Drive C partition Only
on Device Manager all devices installed properly no Yellow Mark

Now the problem for certain is every-time i do streaming video from browser especially IE browser it will do random crashed/hang/restart by itself NO BSOD screen though
Chrome as well but lesser than IE
on IE > Manage Tools > Extension I disabled all bing service etc except Java
basically on IE i only use for one site streaming only, no other browsing history
the IE streaming site using extension name "Infinite Media Acceleration"

this is the last error from event viewer

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck.
    The bugcheck was: 0x0000001e (0xffffffffc0000005, 0xfffff802558ebddd, 0xffffffffffffffff, 0x0000000000000000). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 7f6fe15b-63f4-40a0-afa4-5ddf905bfd74.

2nd problem is sometimes i got this error
event ID 18A fatal hardware error has occurred.Reported by component: Processor CoreError Source: Machine Check ExceptionError Type: Bus/Interconnect ErrorProcessor APIC ID: 2The details view of this entry contains further information.

    How to fix this problem?
for 2nd problem is it means my processor dying?
because the temp is so normal
I havent run memtest but i just purchased new RAM few days ago....all those 4 stick are new
Does Remap Feature could affect this crash?

Before posting a BSOD thread, please read the instructions here: Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions

If you need to add new information, please make a new post in your initial BSOD thread. Please do not make an extra new thread.

    Rule 4
No piracy or discussion of piracy allowed at all. Such as software, music, videos and other intellectual property violations (e.g. downloading youtube videos locally etc) - it is forum policy that no help shall be given to people who knowingly steal software or services.

One of the main reasons for this is that the act of pirating the software will inevitably change the working of the software and make investigation and repair impossible. Please install a legitimate copy of the software and if you are still experiencing the issue we will be please to assist - No further assistance will be provided until we are satisfied that the software is genuine.
