Am I guessing correctly that your complete system was build by a manufacturer?

One of the things left to do is reaching out to the manufacturer for replacement of the CPU, mobo or the PSU, but that would be the best if warranty is available which I don't presume looking at the specs.
The PSU, however, could be tested by a multimeter.

Warranty is long gone so im just going to give up this point even if the psu, motherboard or cpu are dead or something there is no point to replace them with new. Going to buy new desktop pc. Thank you for all the advice and time. :)
