BSOD when trying to install fresh windows 10

    Most USBs are standard formatted in FAT32 (I believe it to be FAT32), you could check if it is correctly formatted by checking the properties (right click > properties) of the USB.

    Formated the usb FAT32 copyd files there and selected boot for usb form boot menu

    I think i got it working but soon its on the loading screen error DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL nvstor.sys

    The problem isn't a hard drive problem then.

    Nvstor.sys is a driver from Nvidia storage controller, could you change the sata cable to a different connection and see of that helps
