    BSOD at Windows 10 User Login (Kernel Security Check failure)

    Hello,

    I have PCs with Windows 10 1607 and 1703 in a Domain and I get sometimes BSODs at the Windows Login. (Kernel Security Check Failure) The PCs also get Group Policies. After a restart or sometimes more I can log in. The BSOD also appears after a new Windows 10 Installation. (Driver installation, mount into the Domain)

    Edit: I think the BSOD is caused by our Sophos Anti-Virus programm (Sophos Endpoint Security and Control, Version 10.7). Can someone confirm it?
    Thank you in advance.

    Hello,

    It would appear that you are right. The analysis shows:

    Code:
    BugCheck 139, {3, ffff8981ef6df230, ffff8981ef6df188, 0}

    *** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for lcencvm.sys
    *** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for lcencvm.sys
    This is a Sophos product so I would recommend uninstalling it to see if it helps.

    Thank you for your response.

    We have removed another Sophos product (Safeguard Lancrypt). Our Antivirus programm is still installed.
    I post in two weeks or so a status update, if it fixed our issue or not.
