I had to use system restore today after another meltdown (only mouse and keyboard attached this time)
Here's a screenshot of my USB devices as of today, although I don't think it provides any new details:

Make sure you are plugging the keyboard and mouse into black USB 2 ports not the blue USB 3 ports.

Did that just now + downloading the Razer Unified Driver software.
What's the reason for that? Connecting to USB3 ports could really have that effect?

The USB3 work via the USBXHCI drivers which is where you have been having problems. USB2 should be fine for keyboard and mouse operation.

Are you getting many of these crashes? I could not find anything useful in the dump file. It might be worth running Driver Verifier to see if it can find any drivers misbehaving. Follow the details in the tutorial exactly, paying attention to the warnings so that you can recover if the system crashes.

Occurrences are much less frequent, but it still goes on (~1/2 crashes per 3 days)
I got 2 more dumps from today, hope it contains something.

    Attachment 141446

Later this week I'll have time to run verifier once again more proficiently and update the results

I hope its okay when I step in. As phil wrote driver verifier should be the next step for u. Maybe u can upload the full dump?

Can you provide us with the kernel memory dump please? Its located in C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP.
You can upload it to an cloud service like dropbox or onedrive.

    Thanks guys,
I ran verifier and couldn't boot, had to use system restore, hope some logs were recorded.

    Zipped 2 Mini-dumps from this attempt and MEMORY.DMP -
    062917-4953-01.zip - Google Drive

EDIT: BSOD provided 'AVPCIFilter.sys' as what failed (with some generic DRIVER_VERIFIER reason code)
