Hi, thanks again for your replies.

    1. Ram modules are identical and bought in a pack 4x4gb
    2. Malwarebytes is gone
    3. BIOS is the latest
    4. My Samsung SSD is SM951 M2 ACHI MZHPV256HDGL. Apparently as this is OEM there are no official firmware updates for this although I have seen sites with work around. Not sure what to do about this.
    5. I performed all these checks and the system seemd to pass them all.

As I was uninstalling Malwarebytes (probably coincidence) the computer suddenly restarted. After this initial restart the machine began to restart more and more frequently to the point where it couldn't even get past the bios screen. After leaving the machine off for a while it would make it to windows but eventually it would restart and the frequency of restarts would increase again. Even if I left it in the BIOS it would eventually restart itself.

I stripped the machine down and decided to replace the PSU ( a gold rated Seasonic) with another (Super Flower gold rated) and this stopped the restarting.

I was wondering... could an unstable PSU cause the memory management BSODs? It's too early to tell perhaps but after the PSU replacement I received another BSOD "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL" - I have attached the minidump for this.

I feel like maybe we're getting close?

    Many thanks
    George

Nothing useful in the dump unfortunately.

What do you have connected to your computer?
    What mouse, keyboard?
Any USB devices? If so what are they.
Do you have a knock off Xbox controller?

What I suggest is to disconnect everything you can and if possible replace the mouse and keyboard with USB connected ones.

Try running that way and see what happens.

Also, run dm_log_collector again and upload the zip file. Want to see the latest e3vent log entries.

    Hi ztrucker.

Currently I only have a usb mouse (Razer) and keyboard (Dell) connected.

Prior to replacing the PSU a couple of days ago I had an external dvd drive and a Microsoft Wireless Controller (for official xbox gamepad).

I also had a USB wifi adaptor/dongle attached but replaced that with a Asus PCI-E card when I swapped the PSU.

Full log collector below for the past two crashes:

Looking through the event log I see 30 of these:
    Code:
    Event[7440]:

    Hi Rich

I disabled fast startup but still received another IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL .

I've attached a new report, in case there's something else in this one.

    Latest dump shows:
    Code:
    BugCheck A, {8, 2, 1, fffff80145a2db2c}
    Probably caused by : raspptp.sys ( raspptp!CtlDisconnectCallback+a7 )
Driver Description: Peer-to-Peer Tunneling Protocol (Microsoft)

Networking definitely involved. Any way you can switch to Ethernet instead of WiFi for awhile for testing purposes? If doing so resolves the problem then we need to look for a newer driver for your Realtek RTL8192CU Wireless LAN 802.11n USB 2.0 Network adapter or replace it.Adapter

    Hi Rich

The Realtek RTL8192CU Wireless LAN 802.11n USB 2.0 Network Adaptor was replaced prior to the last couple of crashes. I've been running an ASUS PCI-Express WIFI card for a week or two now.

I did go through and delete all the old Realtek USB wifi drivers from the system but this evening I've had another memory_management crash. I've attached the logs, hopefully this one has something interesting!

The latest dump shows a problem with dxgmms2.sys.
    Code:
    BugCheck 1A, {41793, ffffe300f8bdcfd8, 1fc, 1fb}
*** ERROR: Symbol file could not be found. Defaulted to export symbols for dxgmms2.sys -
    Probably caused by : dxgmms2.sys ( dxgmms2!VidMmInterface+3c6eb )
    Driver Description: DirectX Graphics MMS

So this is definitely graphics related. I check the driver for your NVIDIA GeForce GTX 950 and it's a bit downlevel:
Version 382.05 dated 1 May 2017. There is a newer version available:
    GeForce Game Ready Driver

    Version: 382.53 WHQL
    Release Date: 2017.6.9
    Operating System: Windows 10 64-bit
    Language: English (US)
    File Size: 423.35 MB

Remove and install latest Nvidia drivers:

I suggest completely uninstalling the Nvidia display drivers using Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) from WagnardMobile (near bottom of page) then get the latest driver for you Nvidia card here: NVIDIA Driver Downloads

Then do a custom install of only the NVidia graphics driver and the PhysX driver.

See if that gets rid of the problem.

If the NVidia does not completely fix the bsod check to see if you are using anything by Wacom.
