Event 41 source: Kernel- Power looking for help my PC keeps restarting

So I have been having a problem with my PC. I wanna first state I am not very good with computers just know how to build one. Anyways, originally I thought I fixed the problem by just plugging my PC into a different outlet, and for about 2 months I haven't been getting these random restarts. However, I have been getting this problem again, and it only happens when I play WoW or OW. So evidently I would just reinstall both programs, but this is my 5th installation this week, and nothing helped. I could be streaming or be playing Witcher 3 and ME:A hours upon hours and never have any problems. Also it just reboots itself like it lost all immediate power no BSOD ever, I honestly wish I could get a BSOD so I can understand what the problem is. Thank you for any kind of help.

Please follow this tutorial and download the tool. The tool will give you detailed information about your system specs, please fill in your system specs more completely including PSU, cooling and other used stuff like mouse, keyboard, monitor, case, etc.
The PSU, cooling and other stuff are NOT mentioned in the tool.

In the left corner below in your post you find 'My System Specs'. After clicking it you can find a link a little below that says 'Update your System Spec', click on this link to get to the page where you can fill in your system specs.

Updated system info in the tab also uploaded crash dump however as I stated before I have not experienced any BSODS just a computer reboot.

please help if you can I've had 2 more resets when playing WoW during this convo

it could be a component after the PSU that is intermittently and quickly spiking more current than the PSU limits on one or more voltage rails, causing the PSU to quickly "safety circuit trip" to resolve the excessive current draw in order to prevent the PSU and components after it from becoming damaged (restarts just like pressing the reset button).
it could also be the PSU itself, failing electrolytic filter capacitors cause precise voltages and currents to become unstable.
since the issue is prevalent when playing WoW, you will need to find the source of the most current draw, i suspect the largest current draw in this case would be the GPU with the CPU in second place.
try playing your game at half the resolution youre playing it at and see if the issue still happens, it may be much longer intervals before the PC restarts, this would confirm two issues, a GPU issue, a PSU issue or both (components draw more current the hotter they get).
additionally, try to do this "test" at the same ambient room temperature as well since that can have adverse effects with this test.
i assume youre currently playing it at 1920x1080 non-windowed.

Ok I think I understand what you wrote. So from what I got its either my gpu or psu and I should play both OW and WoW at half the resolution. I have 2 questions. I play ME:A and rise of the tomb raider at max settings 1080p and I have 0 problems so what is the difference with WoW? 2nd question if I do play at half the resolution and my pc resets how would I be able to tell what the problem is?

Also half of 1080 would be 540p I assume?
