    VIDEO_MEMORY_MANAGEMENT_INTERNAL (10e)
    The video memory manager encountered a condition that it can't recover from. By crashing,
    the video memory manager is attempting to get enough information into the minidump such that
    somebody can pinpoint what lead to this condition.

    Conclusion:
    As it says theres a problem with the GPU memory I think. Since u reinstalled new GPU driver and FurMark runs without issues I recommend to bring it back to the dealer.
    I remember I had the same Problem with Lenovo Y700 (or the old Y50-70) at work. Installing different OS, trying different drivers didnt fix the problem. At the end we had to send this to repair.

    Hello, thanks for a reply.

    1. The latest driver from lenovo website is 21.21.13.7667. (http://pcsupport.lenovo.com/us/en/pr...5isk/downloads). It is the current drive I have installed.

    2. I have tried running furmark overnight, but no bsod occured. Image: Imgur: The most awesome images on the Internet.

    3. It's a laptop, so it's impossible to change GPU. I still have warranty though and in worst case scenario I can get a refund from faulty unit (I'm in EU).

    What really bugs me is that it's not bsod, but psod (pink screen of death). I have never had these before this laptop.

    I have used ddu tu remove old gpu drivers and updated to 21.21.13.7892 drivers. I will try to play some games, put pc to sleep and so on, to try reproduce bsod.

    The thing I am most afraid about is that they will not be able to find or reproduce this problem, and would just send laptop back saying there was nothing to fix or "we updated OS and drivers, and everything should be fine now".

    I have uninstalled steam and all games I had as my exams week is coming up. And haven't played any games since then. Although I was using sony vegas pro 13 with cuda acceleration, but program kept crashing, had to disable cuda. (I read somewhere that sony vegas is prone to crash with cuda enabled) But no problems apart from that one were present.

    Today I went to gym, left my PC locked with current setting: go to sleep after 30 min of inactivity. I came home, tried pressing any keys, moving mouse, the keyboard was lit, but the screen was totally black. I pressed power button shortly just to put pc to sleep, and then wake it up again. but as soon as I pressed power button again to wake up, my pc just cold booted.

    Went to event viewer, found this "The previous system shutdown at 13:27:48 on ‎2017-‎05-‎10 was unexpected.". In C:/Windows/Minidump, I found .dmp file created. Downloaded blue screen viewer, it showed me ntoskrnl.exe and nvlddmkm.exe.

    I am not sure why .dmp file was created, as no blue screen were present, just all black. And also, I have no idea how to reproduce this problem.

    Current drivers: nvidia 22.21.13.8189, intel hd 21.20.16.4627, intel chipset 10.1.1.13.

    Edit: event id 1001:

    Hello. Just to give an update, my laptop ended up having faulty GPU. I asked for my money back, they sent the request to Lenovo and they agreed to refund me.


    Some guys from market told me that y700 is prone to gpu failure.
