    Irql_unexpected_value

so i have since downloaded and installed the zip file to run command prompt that records the system info, on the desktop i am currently working on. before in tried to reinstall a fresh O/S I TURNED on the system as normal put in the users password and it did nothing from there. so i reinstalled the o/s from home edition of windows 10 to windows 10 pro, and as soon as i connect it to the wifi network is when i got the blue screen of death repeatedly, every time i try to connect wirelessly. i reinstalled the o/s with the same results. the owners says he was on porn sites and believes that is how the virus was contracted. im uploading and attacheing the zip file of the system info. hoping i dont have to take out the hard drive and zero it out. or advise the owner we need to replace it all together.

    Fixed

So here was my fix for this. I was installing drivers for a netgear wireless usb stick on a desktop pc. Installed windows 10, added the driver connected to my network then blue screen of death. Trued going back to the original O/S (win7pro) then reinstalling win10 pro again same results. I eventually connected to my wifi extender (Hard wired via ethernet cable) then reinstalled win 10 pro, and whalla!, success. Currently unstalling all updates. Connected to the net and awaiting the owners pick up. Bottom line is i figured this out. In 48hrs and got no satisfaction from this forum at all. Hope this helps someone else.

You didn't post your zip file until yesterday at 12:49PM. I'm was just now going to look at it but since you solved the problem I don't need to.

We are all volunteers here and do have a life other than working on this forum.

I am glad you figured it out though.
