    BSOD at random times, Kernel Power 41 (63)

    Hi guys,
    I need your help with an major issue I am facing right now. I've got two new desktop PCs that I bought about a month ago. One of them is working just fine, while the second keep crashing at random times and the Event Viewer always shows the same critical error Kernel-Power, Event ID 41, Task Category 63.

    I tried some of the solutions I found regarding power management, reinstalling the drivers for the video card and USB. None of it worked.
    The last crash was yesterday and I managed to take a picture of the screen before it froze.
    Here is what the Event Viewer shows:
    Code:
    - <Event xmlns="http://schemas.microsoft.com/win/2004/08/events/event">- <System>  <Provider Name="Microsoft-Windows-Kernel-Power" Guid="{331C3B3A-2005-44C2-AC5E-77220C37D6B4}" />   <EventID>41</EventID>   <Version>4</Version>   <Level>1</Level>   <Task>63</Task>   <Opcode>0</Opcode>   <Keywords>0x8000400000000002</Keywords>   <TimeCreated SystemTime="2017-02-25T14:32:08.665496800Z" />   <EventRecordID>4143</EventRecordID>   <Correlation />   <Execution ProcessID="4" ThreadID="8" />   <Channel>System</Channel>   <Computer>DESKTOP-H5DD7SJ</Computer>   <Security UserID="S-1-5-18" />   </System>- <EventData>  <Data Name="BugcheckCode">292</Data>   <Data Name="BugcheckParameter1">0x0</Data>   <Data Name="BugcheckParameter2">0xffffcf8c5970c028</Data>   <Data Name="BugcheckParameter3">0xbe000000</Data>   <Data Name="BugcheckParameter4">0x800400</Data>   <Data Name="SleepInProgress">0</Data>   <Data Name="PowerButtonTimestamp">0</Data>   <Data Name="BootAppStatus">0</Data>   <Data Name="Checkpoint">0</Data>   <Data Name="ConnectedStandbyInProgress">false</Data>   <Data Name="SystemSleepTransitionsToOn">10</Data>   <Data Name="CsEntryScenarioInstanceId">0</Data>   </EventData>  </Event>

    Hi,

    I see a little bit driver problems but much more hardware problems. there are two different dumps, first one points to defective memory, drivers or AntiVirus Software, but more recent is the second one which point to hardware Problems:

    Code:
    0x0000003B:    SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION (9.02.2017 09:22:29) [Windows 10]

                   gzflt.sys [28.10.2016] * BitDefender Gonzales FileSystem Driver * => Support: http://www.bitdefender.com/support/consumer.html
                   avc3.sys [15.09.2016] * BitDefender Active Virus Control filter driver * => Support: http://www.bitdefender.com/support/consumer.html
                   nvhda64v.sys [13.01.2017] * nVidia HDMI Audio Device (nForce chipset driver) * => http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx

    PROCESS:       audiodg.exe

    Usual causes: System service, Device driver, graphics driver, ?memory
    Code:
    0x00000124:    WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR (25.02.2017 15:26:06) [Windows 10]

    CAUSED BY:     GenuineIntel [16.07.2016]

    WHEA Notify:   Machine Check Exception
         Type:     Micro-Architectural Error
         Error: Internal timer (Proc 6 Bank 4)

    PROCESS:       terminal.exe

    Usual causes: Hardware, Incompatibility, May be driver corruption

    WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR (124)
    A fatal hardware error has occurred.

    There are some steps u should do now:

    STEP 1:
    Uninstall BitDefender for testing

    STEP 2:
    Update all NVIDIA Graphics drivers and Chipset drivers to the newest version. Please use DDU for uninstalling NVIDIA:
    Display Driver Uninstaller: How to use
    Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) is a small software that can help the user to uninstall the display driver from the users PC. It can uninstall the driver for all the lead display chip developers, viz. Nvidia, AMD and Intel.

    STEP 3:

    Diagnostic Test

     RAM TEST

    Run MemTest86+ to analyse your RAM. MemTest86+ - Test RAM - Windows 10 Forums

    Note   Note
    MemTest86+ needs to be run for at least 8 complete passes for conclusive results. Set it running before you go to bed and leave it overnight. We're looking for zero errors here. Even a single error will indicate RAM failure.

    Make a photo of the result and post it.
