BSOD @ random, DRIVER IRQL NOT LESS OR EQAL

    Hi,

I've recently reinstall Win10 Home on a company laptop (Sony Vaio, without domain).
Problem occurs at random but usually while I try to add network printer from control panel creator menu.
I suspect WiFi card and/or Eset Endpoint AV v6. (its comany AV so I can't remove it permanently)

    Thanks for any advice:)

    Code:
    0x0000000A: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (22.02.2017 14:49:33) [Windows 10]

    CAUSED BY: ntoskrnl

    PROCESS: csrss.exe

Usual causes: Kernel mode driver, System Service, BIOS, Windows, Virus scanner, Backup tool, compatibility

Theres in no driver identified in the BSOD dumps. The eventlog is in polish language so I can not analyse it, sorry.

One option for u is to wait for another BSOD so u can upload it again and maybe we can see more then.
The other option is to go step by step to check the typical causes for 0xA.

    1. Check Drivers -> There is no information in the dumps
    2. Remove CPU Overclocking -> seems not overclocked
    3. Perform CPU stress test and check Temperatures -> stress test instruction below
    4. Update BIOS -> seems u have the newest version
    5. Disable security software for testing -> ask your admin to disable/uninstall "ESET Endpoint Antivirus"
