Hi. No, that's not possible either as I wrote a few posts back. Same thing happens during boot if I set it to boot from safe mode.
Well, a nasty fix (in your circumstances) might be to restore your backup registry - depends when it was backed up. You'd need to check the date wrt when your updates ran- if before, ok.
You do that by booting from a boot disk- Kyhi's (see top of Software and apps section) or if happy with the command prompt, a Win 10 disk.
But doing that would leave you with inconsistencies between your files and the registry.
However, if you could at least boot normally, you could then do an in-place upgrade repair install to tidy things up.
Hopefully someone thinks of a better way...

I ran Macrium Reflect and Fix Boot problems and that solved the boot issue! :) Windows is now starting normal as it should.
