    Windows 10: BSOD/Bugcheck 0x0000009f while sleeping, AC plugged in


    Laptop started rebooting, seems it happens when it goes to sleep mode.
    Nothing suspicious in device manager, in event viewer:

    The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000009f (0x0000000000000003, 0xffffa78ede1de060, 0xffffd5006ad3acb0, 0xffffa78edd88fc60). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 92b781a6-2ea8-44fc-bbff-eb7c373ba481.
    Any pointers on how to fix it please?
    No new hardware added recently.

    The rules of this forum state clear to have a genuine activation, since there are reasonable doubts to believe that you have a nongenuine activitation, you need to install a clean copy of Windows and activate it genuine in order to receive support.
    A clean install is necessary to remove the modifications installed by cracks/bypasses.
    Also:
