I did use uninstaller for Panda, but will try to get rid of the process by re-running uninstaller or other means. I also disabled fastboot. Will post on how things turn out.

I uninstalled Panda completely and disabled Fastboot. I still get the freeze of the computer during gameplay although the chat works fine and the characters run around but my computer is just frozen. It also makes a sound from the speakers before it freezes. Sometimes the sounds is continuous (crackling noise).

Still no dump so it's hard to understand what is going on.

I see some very old drivers in drivers.txt:
    Code:
     2007/03/20 02:51:03 AM C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\Alpham264.sys
    2007/07/23 12:57:03 AM C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\Alpham164.sys
Driver Description: Ideazon ZBoard/Ideazon Fang MM USB HID driver
Driver Update Site: Official Site - Rise to the Challenge | SteelSeries

    Update driver or uninstall it.

    Code:
    2011/10/23 09:04:32 PM C:\WINDOWS\system32\DRIVERS\hw_quusbmdm.sys
    HWHandSet HUAWEISPMODEM HUAWEISPMODEM

    Update driver or uninstall it.

    Code:
    2013/03/26 02:36:54 PM C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\HpSAMD.sys
Driver Description: Smart Array SAS/SATA Controller Media Driver
    Driver Update Site: http://h18004.www1.hp.com/products/s...ers/index.html

    Update driver or uninstall it.

are the freezes just occuring in your game? maybe its the game itself.

There are so much things which could cause a system freeze. There nothing I can see in the eventlog. Since there are no BSOD dumps its hard to analyze. But a had a look at your last dump again.

    I recommend a filesystem repair.

    Repair Windows Filesystem:

    1. Open an elevated command prompt.
    2. In the elevated command prompt, type these commands below, and press Enter:

    dism /Online /NoRestart /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
    dism /Online /NoRestart /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
    dism /Online /NoRestart /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

    sfc /scannow

    chkdsk %systemdrive% /F /R /X
    fsutil dirty set %systemdrive%

    SFC:
The SFC command scans the integrity of all protected system files and replaces incorrect versions with correct Microsoft versions.
    DISM:
If a Windows image becomes unserviceable, you can use the Deployment Imaging and Servicing Management (DISM) tool to update the files and correct the problem.
For example, you would use DISM to fix Windows component store corruption when a sfc /scannow command is unable to repair corrupted or modified system files because the component store (source) is corrupted. SFC should be able to repair the files afterwards.
    CHKDSK:
Checking your drives for errors every once in a while can help fix some performance issues. Drive errors can usually be caused by bad sectors, improper shutdowns, bad software, corruption, physical damage, etc...
