Please run this command in an admin command prompt, it creates a new file on your desktop called 'systeminfo.txt', please upload this text file.
    Code:
    systeminfo > "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\systeminfo.tmp"&findstr /v "Owner." "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\systeminfo.tmp" > "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\systeminfo.txt"&del "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\systeminfo.tmp"
There seems to be something wrong with that specific file since it is empty but necessary for troubleshooting.

I have tried running that command several times. It doesn't create any file.

Have you tried to reseat the GPU or seat it in a different slot?

I'd like to suggest a stress test, but I'm afraid your system isn't stable enough to run it long enough.

No I haven't done either of those things. I'm sure I seated it properly when I installed it and I have it in the recommended slot. If you think I should, I will wait. I'm waiting on two (2) matching pair sets of G.Skill F2-8500CL5D04GBPK, 8GB (4 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1066 (PC2 8500) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory and an Intel Core 2 Extreme QX9650 CPU Processor and I'd rather do it all together. I'll let you know how it works out.

I suggested those options with the thought that the GPU slot may be defect, I honestly forgot about the possibility that the GPU may not be properly seated.

    Memory came

Well, the memory came so I decided to try switching the GPU to the secondary slot while I was installing it. After installing the new memory and switching the GPU I restarted the system. Got a series of beeps on start up telling me the video failed. I switched the GPU back to the original slot and restarted it successfully. I haven't had a crash yet. I'll let you know what happens when I get the new cpu

    Still waiting

Well, I'm still waiting for the new processor to arrive. In the meantime, I'm still getting a DPC Watchdog Violation Stop Code BSoD regularly. Still bug check code 0x00000133. I've uploaded my updated files.
BTW I've installed the newest driver from nVidia, 378.66

Could you borrow a GPU from someone to see if that makes a difference?
