When this had initially started, I wiped my SSD which has my windows 10 on it hoping it would fix 'this.' should I have also wiped my 2terrabyte hard disk... could the hard disk have something on it that's causing this hoopllah to happen?

No, I don't think so. For test purposes, you could disconnect the 2TB drive but I don't expect it will make a difference.

To resolve this, run these commands sequentially in a Elevated Command Prompt:
    Code:
    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup
    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
    SFC /scannow

Would that have anything to do with my BSODs?

Which? Running the 3 commands or disconnect the 2TB drive?
