NETIO.SYS stop/restart blue screen after recovering from 0cx0000098

With the help of TenForums, I was able to recover from BSOD 0cx0000098 (see thread : Error 0cx0000098 and System Restore issues )

I was receiving the NETIO.SYS randomly prior to the previous crash and have received it after the recovery. I suspect a incompatible DRIVER. Thanks in advance for your assistance.

Driver Description: Zone Alarm TrueVector Device Driver

You are also using AVG security software, it is never advised to use 2 security software at the same time.
They probably interfere and can cause all can't kind of problems.

My advice uininstall/ remove the Zone alarm software.

Thank you lifetec for the analysis. I use AVG for virus protection and Zonealarm for my firewall. I will uninstall Zonealarm and turn on Windows firewall.

I uninstalled Zone Alarm Free Firewall but did not "restart" immediately. I received the same stop/restart NETIO.SYS blue screen. The good news is after 2 days from restarting, no Blue Screens!
