BSOD during BF1 and memory leak after restarting

i was playing battlefield 1 and got a bsod. it said something about system service exception and then restarted. got an immediate bsod with error saying something about Kmode something or other and then restarted. got another immediate bsod and same as the first, error about system service exception.

this happened earlier this month and after the 3rd windows booted into where i could try repair options. but last time i did this, nothing worked, all the repairs never fully completed and i ended up completely wiping my drive and reinstalling windows 10.

i remembered what i was able to do to boot up last time and got into the motherboard bios and turned off the cpu overclock and loaded all optimized defaults.

when i booted back into windows, i was running the bsod program per this forum instructions when my RAM usage completely filled, using all 16 gigs. i restarted twice to no avail, got task manager open and saw that malwarebytes was using up all the memory.

i ended the malewarebytes process before the ram usage could fill completely. the usage stopped and sat at 6ish gigs when i ended the malwarebytes process, and i found i had to go into resource monitor, ram tab, and end the malwarebytes process in that to get the ram usage to go back to normal.

no idea why i got the bsods, or why the ram kept filling all the way up. need some help on this please.

The lack of response is mainly due to not having a lot of BSOD event information that we can examine. Only one dump file has been saved. This is the system service exception and the analysis suggests memory corruption. Unfortunately we can't tellwhat is causing this, it could be bad RAM but more likely to be a bad driver.

You can rule out the RAM by running a memory test:

    Diagnostic Test

     RAM TEST

Run MemTest86+ to analyse your RAM. MemTest86+ - Test RAM - Windows 10 Forums

    Note   Note

MemTest86+ needs to be run for at least 8 complete passes for conclusive results. Set it running before you go to bed and leave it overnight. We're looking for zero errors here. Even a single error will indicate RAM failure.

Make a photo of the result and post it.

Please post up more BSOD dump files if you get them.

I found this driver in your dumpfile from 28-1-2017.
It is also the first time i see this driver when analyzing a dumpfile.
I also never heard of it or are familiar with it.
It might part of some software or device you have on your system, really do not know.
If you do not use it, try to find it and you could remove/uninstall it from your system.
