BSOD - Computer has rebooted from a bugcheck

My PC has started to randomly reboot, it has done so twice today.

Left my PC on whilst I headed to work, and I RDP to it from there. I noticed it had restarted and the below error showed in the system log.

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000139 (0x0000000000000003, 0xffffcc00e7ca27b0, 0xffffcc00e7ca2708, 0x0000000000000000). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 89e48b17-f7f4-49d8-bdeb-789f26c935bf.

I then returned home to a second reboot/BSOD.

    Details attached, thanks!

    Hello Ben :)

I can't find anything that identifies a cause for this BSOD. It is likely to be a driver that needs updating. Looking at the list of drivers on your system I have highlighted some that are quite old, either remove or update if possible.
