Startup repair couldn''t repair my pc BSOD error code 0xc0000221

I am getting a BSOD (Blue Screen Of Death) Startup repair couldn't repair my pc and when I tried to reset the pc wont repair the problems used all the troubleshooting tools which didn't work. Won't let me boot into safe mode. After I go though all the steps i get the screen Recovery Your PC/Device needs to be repaired. The header checksum for this file doesn't match the computed checksum Error code 0xc0000221. You will need recovery tools. If you don't have any installation media (like a disk or or USB device) contact your administrator (which is me). I downloaded a windows 10 iso file on a dvd. How would I be able to repair this? Could I boot into dvd and reinstall windows 10 with keeping my files, or use recovery tools?

Hi, you can only do an in-place upgrade repair install (keep progs, settings) having booted normally.

Can you confirm you have attempted System Restore using the advanced troubleshooter options?

I think I can assume you don't have any disk images (we strongly and repeatedly recommend the routine use of disk imaging e.g. Macrium Reflect (free) which often gives you the means to recover relatively quickly even from disk failure without technical help).

The header checksum for this file doesn't match the computed checksum Error code 0xc0000221.
    - have you run any sort of disk check? E.g. by booting from Kyhi's boot DVD/disk - at the top of the Software and Apps section- and using a tool such as Crystal Diskinfo to check SMART params (free, quick quick red/orange/green indication) - installer or portable version.

If your disk has failed, and you have no backup, you clearly need to take a different course of action and not try to fix what you've got.

I tried system repair and wouldn't repair the issue. I also tried advanced troubleshooting also didn't work.

My hard drive can't boot into Windows. When I turn my computer on I get the windows symbol below it repairing windows and then I get the blue screen. I tried using all the advanced troubleshooting options and system restore and had no luck. I backed up my data and made image backups. My computer was not running good. I think my only option is to do a fresh install. Then install all my desired programs and files and do a fresh image backup. I couldn't boot from a dvd either goes to the blue screen everytime I boot into the computer. Would my hard drives have failed if I get that blue screen every time? Or there is another way to fix this?

Why can`t you boot from your DVD ?

Are you bringing up the boot menu to boot from the dvd.

Don`t you get the words "Press any key to boot from dvd" ???

If you have images you don`t have to reinstall windows.

I am not sure why. When i turn the computer on I either use F2 using Phoenix securecore under the boot menu or F12 to boot from the dvd drive with a dvd windows 10 iso disk. I can't load a disk image until I get windows 10 loaded. I have everything backed up so I will probably start from scratch download all the programs I need and files and make a disk image of that.

Did you just copy the ISO file itself to the DVD, or did you burn the image contained in the ISO? There's a big difference.

I burned the windows iso file from another computer on a DVD disk and booted that dvd disk on the dell Studio (problem computer). Still loads into that blue screen each time in turn my computer on.

I booted into diagnostics from F12 and after that I rebooted with into dvd/cd drive with a windows 10 iso dvd disk and somehow it fresh installed windows 10. I am not sure how it fixed the check sum file in the error code 0xc0000221. Must be one of those unique strange issues.
