Hello Mark and welcome to TenForums :)

One of the BugChecks indicates possible hardware problems so it would be worth running a diagnostic check on your memory.

    Code:
    BugCheck 12B, {ffffffffc00002c4, 7b4, 19b7250, ffffc881494fa000}

*** WARNING: Unable to verify checksum for win32k.sys
    Probably caused by : memory_corruption

    FAULTY_HARDWARE_CORRUPTED_PAGE (12b)
This bugcheck indicates that a single bit error was found in this page. This is a hardware memory error.

    Diagnostic Test

     RAM TEST

Run MemTest86+ to analyse your RAM. MemTest86+ - Test RAM - Windows 10 Forums

    Note   Note

MemTest86+ needs to be run for at least 8 complete passes for conclusive results. Set it running before you go to bed and leave it overnight. We're looking for zero errors here. Even a single error will indicate RAM failure.

Make a photo of the result and post it.

After you have completed all 8 passes of the memory test it would be worth running a Chkdsk test.

If the Hard disk is suspect there are also other tests you can run:

    Diagnostics Test

     HDD TEST

    Run HDTune to
    • check the health,
    • scan for errors, no quick scan but full scan
    • run a benchmark.

It may take some time, but please take the time you need to perform it properly.
When above is done please make screenshots of the following
    • the health,
    • the error scan,
    • the benchmark incl. following
      • transfer rate,
      • access time,
      • burst rate,
      • cpu usage.

I finished tests for RAM (no errors) and HDD (no errors), this is new laptop. I hadn't BSOD problem with Win 8.1.
Maybe some drivers isn't full compatible with Win10, I manually updated all drivers in Device Manager and wait to see results.
Do you have any other suggestion?

I checked system files with "sfc /scannow" and it showed me many errors.
I reinstall Windows 10 with "keep personal data and apps" option. Now I haven't any BSOD.
