Given that all problems seem to have started with the new SSD. Can you share some more information about the drive. Was the second SSD the same make and model? Have you Googled to see if there are others having problems with this drive?

Fill out your full system specs so that we can see what drives and power supply you have.

Have you tried troubleshooting with a clean boot process to see if there are any conflicts with other software running on your system?

First was Crusial MX300 500gb, second one is samsung 850 evo 500gb.

I have asked MSI Support if they know any troubles with updates and why the update of the chipset isnt shown in the live update.
    Specs:
    GPU: Gain3GB D5 X GTX780 Phantom
    CPU: Int Core i5-4670K
    Motherboard: MSI Z87-G43 Z87
RAM: GeIL DIMM 8 GB DDR3-1866 Kit (2x4gb dual channel)
    SDD: Samsung 850 Evo
    HDD:
    Western Digital WD 500GB WD5000AZLX Blue SA3
Power: OCZ ModXStream Pro 500W ATX
    Soundcard: Asus DGX
    Logitech G510(keyboard) and G402(Mouse)
Speakers on Asus, Headset on G510
    1USB hub -> xbox360 wireless controller
    2 External drives (USB)
    WLan Stick D-Link DWA140
Not sure if everything is important
Soundcard is pretty new, like the speakers. But i get that before i get the ssd. i get the soundcard to remove the annoying
noise interference from the onboard soundcard. I deactivate onboard sound.

    Ill try the clean boot

//Tried clean boot, installation of the chipset remains the same.

You have a lot of hardware running on your system which may well stress your power supply. Have you monitored voltages to see if it is stable. You could reduce the load by removing all non-essential devices and see if it makes a difference.

i'll blame the logitech gaming software. After this clean boot process i decide to kill one by one task and see if it helps since i killed the logitech software i got no bsod within few rounds.

I though about the power, but a ssd doesnt make such a big difference.

Ok maybe not all bsod were caused by logitech.
Close to one week and no Problems. Now i got another one

    crash dump file: C:\Windows\Minidump\012617-4937-01.dmp
This was probably caused by the following module: ntoskrnl.exe (nt+0x14A6F0)
    Bugcheck code: 0x12B (0xFFFFFFFFC00002C4, 0x1B, 0x39FDEC0, 0xFFFF8880E0DCE000)
    Error: FAULTY_HARDWARE_CORRUPTED_PAGE

    crash dump file: C:\Windows\memory.dmp
This was probably caused by the following module: ntkrnlmp.exe (nt!KeBugCheckEx+0x0)
    Bugcheck code: 0x12B (0xFFFFFFFFC00002C4, 0x1B, 0x39FDEC0, 0xFFFF8880E0DCE000)
    Error: FAULTY_HARDWARE_CORRUPTED_PAGE

Certainly looks like there is data corruption when reading and writing from the SSD.

    Diagnostics Test

     HDD TEST

    Run HDTune to
    • check the health,
    • scan for errors, no quick scan but full scan
    • run a benchmark.

It may take some time, but this should thoroughly test the drive.
When above is done please make screenshots of the following
    • the health,
    • the error scan,
    • the benchmark incl. following
      • transfer rate,
      • access time,
      • burst rate,
      • cpu usage.

Already did health check, error scan(full) and benchmark and everything went fine.

Did now another one with screens. Its so weird, because sdd is fine, ram is fine(8 passes memtest). Maybe Motherboard or cables? but i got less bsod since i killed logitech gaming software 1(2)/day -> 1/week

The clean boot process was when you started making progress. Perhaps there is another start-up program also misbehaving.
