There are some older drivers on your system. That doesn't mean they are bad but you may want to check them out..
gdrv.sys 7/2013
lvrs64.sys 10/2012
AVer330USB.sys 2/2014

lvuvc64.sys 10/2012

Network drivers and Logitech drivers mainly, wouldn't be too worried about them now but it is something to update after this problem is resolved :)
Either the RAM, mobo or PSU would be a likely cause. The CPU would be, in rare occasions.
Run MemTest86+ to analyse your RAM. MemTest86+ - Test RAM - Windows 10 Forums
Note
MemTest86+ needs to be run for at least 8 complete passes for conclusive results. Set it running before you go to bed and leave it overnight. We're looking for zero errors here. Even a single error will indicate RAM failure.
Make a photo of the result and post it.
Addition:
If errors show up you can stop the test, remove all sticks but 1 and test this single stick in each slot for 8 passes or until errors show, switch sticks and repeat.
If errors show up and you see them a lot later, no problem, the errors don't affect the test.
Sorry for being quite late to do this (I have been very busy with college). I am currently running the MemTest and it's been almost 7 hours and I am on my 7th pass with no errors. I will post a picture when it gets to 8 passes.
Thanks so much for helping, hopefully this will get resolved soon.
I have attached a new dm log collector file, just in case.
Do you have a multimeter to test the PSU?
