    BSOD Kmode exception not handled

    Hello everyone!

I bought a new pc and when I did fresh install of Windows 10 on SSD, as soon as Windows loaded (after welcome screen) I got these errors:

    OneDriverSetup.exe cannot start
    WerFault.exe
    dllhost.exe

and than BSOD with error description:

    Kmode exception not handled

Than I used Windows various tools (sfc, dism, memory test) everything went fine and no errors present. After that I loaded Windows in safe mode and those 3 errors dont show up, but what I noticed in Device Manager is that I miss drivers for crucial things (under "Other" section):

PCI Data acquistion and signal processing controller
    PCI memory controller
    PCI simple communications controller
    SM bus controller

My friend downloaded all drivers for my motherboard on USB stick, as I dont have internet connection in this new apartment for at least 2 more weeks. He also downloaded SafeMSI so I can install drivers in SafeMode. Windows in safe mode loaded USB stick fine, SafeMSI registered fine and when I want to install various motherboard drivers I get error:

The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000005). Click OK to close the application.

And I cannot do anything, in normal mode it crashes all the time and in safe mode I cannot install anything even with SafeMSI (which works fine) as I get this 0xc error all the time. When I go to Device Manager to these problematic devices and I right click to update driver it wants to connect to internet (and I dont have it) or when I go to update driver manually and to search in specific folder (usb stick and motherboard drivers) it doesnt recognize them. I also tried to find a generic windows driver for these specific devices but I cannot find anything similar on the list.

Can someone please help and tell me how to proceed and what to do???

    Any help is most appreciated!!!

Please fill in your system specs with as much detail as possible. We can only suggest the right drivers for you if we know exactly what your computer motherboard and other hardware devices are. Follow this tutorial if you need help on determining your system specs:
System Specs - Fill in at Ten Forums

My first suggestion is that as this is a new PC you should simply return it and ask for it to be reset for you.

If you did a fresh install of Windows 10 was it using the recovery disk provided with the PC or do you have your own copy of W10.

I would try another installation and if it fails again I think you will have to wait until you have access to the internet.

Make sure you do a clean installation: https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/...n-install.html
