The machine check reason is moving a buit between processor 6 anf 7:
    Code:
    Error : ICACHEL0_IRD_ERR (Proc 6 Bank 0)
    Error : ICACHEL0_IRD_ERR (Proc 6 Bank 0)
    Error : ICACHEL0_IRD_ERR (Proc 7 Bank 0)
    Error : ICACHEL0_IRD_ERR (Proc 7 Bank 0)
    Error : ICACHEL0_IRD_ERR (Proc 6 Bank 0)
Found this: BSOD GenuineIntel Error Code 124 - [Solved] - Windows 7

    Attachment 116768

Looking more and more like a CPU problem.
