Ok, I was fairly sure that the first time we did have the Driver Verifier running but to be 100% sure I had him run it again. The issue being that while the Driver Verifier is running the PC seems to do fine and ran idle for 48 hours without issue. much like before. The PC only seems to Blue screen When he is playing a game sure a short while. I want to think it's overheating but we have looked that the Temps Via SpeedFan(which is uninstalled as of right now as we weren't sure it wasn't causing issues). But the CPU never went above 65c best I can remember. I'm going to post the latest .Dmp file then we got after the Verifier ran 48 hours then I had him play a game for a short time before it crashed. Thank you again for any reply. We have been fighting with this thing for some time now to be honest.

    Your iaStor.sys is old, old, old: 2011/04/11 19:48:16 C:\Windows\system32\drivers\iaStorV.sys

I found an interesting thread here: Intel Matrix Storage and Windows 10 BSOD at Boot (Solved) with some ways to resolve problems with it. Read it over and see if any of it makes sense to try.

Also, if the PC has a 1.44Mb floppy drive, try disabling it in BIOS Setup and/or Device Manager. See if that has any effect.

One or more of the RAID drivers are old as well. If you are running ion RAID mode in BIOS, try switching to AHCI (as long as you do not have a RAID hard drive setup).

We looked for different versions of the iaStorV.sys driver to test but I'm not sure this PC would even use this driver as it's an intel Driver and this is an AMD PC but we did look into it. The PC does not have a floppy drive installed and it was also already set to AHCI in the Bios. We tried it on RAID as well for a bit but it didn't seem to change anything. Thank you for your Reply all the same and Will try any suggestions anyone is willing to give. I'll add a few new BSOD .DMP files with this post though I so see any new information in them from what I can tell but I'm not that great at reading them. Thanks and for anyone willing to take a look.

The only confusion I am having is with the ASUS RamDisk Driver I am not clear on what hardware this is referring to and the link given goes only to the support page. I just want to be sure that I'm giving the right right file here as this file seems to be firmware and giving him the wrong file could cause bigger issues. I was hoping for a more descriptive link or directions that will take me to the driver that is required. It would be greatly appreciated.
Here background info on Asrock Ramdisk for some mobo it seems to be part of Asrock extreme tuning utility for other mobo's you have /had it download independentely. Check this with your friend.

Did you already install the AMD all in 1 driver from the supportpage, maybe this wil update this driver amdsbs Tue Dec 11 22:21:44 2012

I'm fairly sure we've installed the AMD all in 1 drivers a few times now but I went ahead and had him do it once more. The Computer still Blue screens after playing a game for about 15 minutes. We have also installed the Asrock extreme tuning utility a few times before. Fairly sure as of right now it is uninstalled. Also as a side note, as of right now we have left the system in RAID mode in the BIOS.

When you get a new BSOD, please run dm_log_collector and upload the resulting zip file.

Sorry somehow the i did not include the link ASRock XFast RAM

Although you have uninstalled the extreme tuning utility the Asrockramdiskdriver from 2014 is still loaded in the dumpfile of 17 januari.
So i suspect that also Xfast is installed on your system, see info in the link above.

Also the AMDsbs driver is from 2012 is still loaded and it is probably not uploaded or a part of the amd all in 1 driver.

I went ahead and had him Reinstall the newest version extreme tuning utility to make sure the drivers you are talking about are covered. I also just have him run a test on his system usign this program here. OCCT - 4.4.1 Download - EXTREME Overclocking While running the test a New BSOD popped up finally pointing to a thrid party Driver as the issue. I'll add the full .DMP file here as well.

    crash dump file: C:\Windows\Minidump\012217-22750-01.dmp
This was probably caused by the following module: win32kfull.sys (win32kfull+0x86B40)
    Bugcheck code: 0x3B (0xC0000005, 0xFFFFA221EE086B40, 0xFFFFB580B3ADFEC0, 0x0)
    Error: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION
Bug check description: This indicates that an exception happened while executing a routine that transitions from non-privileged code to privileged code.
This appears to be a typical software driver bug and is not likely to be caused by a hardware problem.
A third party driver was identified as the probable root cause of this system error. It is suggested you look for an update for the following driver: win32kfull.sys .
    Google query: win32kfull.sys SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION

Just a quick last reply. The Issue was solved by replacing the motherboard. I guess that goes to show that even something that seems like it must be a software issue can still end up being hardware. I want to thank everyone who tried to help. Maybe this note will help someone with a similar issue in the future.
