The last dumpfile blames your geforce drivers but in both dumpfiles also a few mentioning of HAL= hardware abstraction layer appears.

I assume you have installed the 32bit geforce driver version as you are running windows 10 pro 32bit.

And in the WER there are a few mentioning of
    Code:
    +++ WER3 +++:
    Fault bucket LKD_0x141_Tdr:6_IMAGE_nvlddmkm.sys_Kepler_3D, type 0

    Event Name: LiveKernelEvent
    STOP*0x00000141: VIDEO_ENGINE_TIMEOUT_DETECTED*

    Start with testing your GPUcard.
    *Videotest Furmark
To test your GPU you can use Furmark see this tutorial FurMark - GPU Stress Test - Windows 10 Tutorials
FurMark download site: FurMark: VGA Stress Test, Graphics Card and GPU Stability Test, Burn-in Test, OpenGL Benchmark and GPU Temperature | oZone3D.Net
    FurMark Setup:
    - If you have more than one GPU, select Multi-GPU during setup
    - In the Run mode box, select "Stability Test" and "Log GPU Temperature"
Click "Go" to start the test (Looks like it's "BURN-IN test" now)
    - Run the test until the GPU temperature maxes out - or until you start having problems (whichever comes first).
NOTE: Set the alarm to go off at 90șC. Then watch the system from that point on. If the system doesn't display a temperature, watch it constantly and turn it off at the first sign of video problems. DO NOT leave it it unmonitored, it can DAMAGE your video card!!!
If the temperature gets above 100șC, quit the test - the video card is overheating.
    - Click "Quit" to exit

    What you are looking for:
    - excessive heat from the GPU (report back with anything over 90șC)
    - problems with the video display (picture is distorted or jumbled, picture turns black, etc)
    - problems reported by the program (I haven't seen this, but "just in case")

Thank you for your input !
I suspected the GPU as well.
It kept climbing until 89 degrees Celsius but maxed out at that.
pic shows 25 mins but i let it run for 40 mins. (forgot to take new pic)

Make sure you are you running the latest driver release for your GTX 650.

If you are still getting blue screens, try rolling back to a previous version to see if the problems persist.

It also never hurts to use compressed air to dust out your graphics card, as well as re-seating the card in the slot.

It's largely going to be trial and error.

I'd try the last three releases: 376.19, 376.09, and 375.95.
