BSOD - Fresh Windows 10 64 Bit Install - Maybe Hardware problems

Fresh install of Windows 10 Home 64 Bit
4 year old computer, may need some hardware upgrades.

BSODs can occur whenever, usually when playing a game (TERA). But can also randomly happen whilst browsing or installing windows updates.

I'd like to deduce what hardware problems are occurring so I can replace them. Obviously would like to not have to replace everything.

    Any insights would be fantastic!

So sorry I must've cut off the command prompt process before, here is the full report generated by the log collector

Additionally, I had crashes before I did a windows recovery setting reset relating to the "ntfs.sys" on top of the ones provided in the dump reports, haven't seen a "ntfs.sys" crash since. My point is the "file path" always seems to keep changing of what causes the crashes in the report. The dump reports provided are only ones since the recover.

You are still on a early build of windows 10 Windows 10 Home 64-bit (10.0, Build 10586) (10586.th2_release_sec.161024-1825)

Update your system to the latest build and install all windows updates.
This will improve the stability of your system and if your lucky may even stops the BSODs.

    UPDATE:

Tried using Windows update to install the Windows 10 Anniversary Version 1607 - It downloaded, asked to reboot to install, and failed 25% into the process of installing on boot (sorry I didn't capture the error code)

Started downloading the update with "Media Creation Tool" and using this tutorial http://www.yourwindowsguide.com/2016...indows-10.html "Method 1" - Once again it downloading fully and I went to install and the "SetupHost.exe" crashed.

Faulting application name: SetupHost.exe, version: 10.0.14393.0, time stamp: 0x57899999
Faulting module name: ntdll.dll, version: 10.0.10586.672, time stamp: 0x580ee321
    Exception code: 0xc0000374
    Fault offset: 0x00000000000ee6fc
    Faulting process ID: 0x17cc
    Faulting application start time: 0x01d2554d4be349de
    Faulting application path: C:\$WINDOWS.~BT\Sources\SetupHost.exe
    Faulting module path: C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\ntdll.dll
    Report ID: 4b391710-bc34-4d65-94b4-8a35f2541d55
    Faulting package full name:
    Faulting package-relative application ID:
Now I'm doing "Method 2" from the tutorial and downloading the ISO, and will try and install from that file... I'll let you know how it goes.

So after downloading the ISO to my computer, I tried installing the update. The machine reboots gets to about 25% again, then restores windows to the previous build, boots back up and gives me this error message.

    Attachment 113632

I started doing some googling about this error, but seemingly it points to hardware potentially being a factor. I'm yet to follow any tutorials to try and solve this new error because I'm feeling a little frustrated and demotivated.

Any advice from this point would be incredible! Thanks in advance

Install all the windows 10 drivers from the supportpage of your mobo http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/Z68%2...oad&os=Win1064
Update the intel smart connect, your driver is from 2012, look under utilities

Try to install the windows 10 update on a as clean system as can be, use only keyboard and mouse if it is possible ps-2 connected , remove the Razar devices, all the connected usb devices etc.

    Hi,

It looks as though I was able to update my windows to the latest version with your advice. Thank you.

My computer has proven more stable, but my graphics driver seems to be still causing issues. Here is my updated report: Attachment 114523

Any ideas on what the next problem could be caused by?
